I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium on an N10J. I have found it overclocks to about the same levels as it did in XP and Vista.
I have never been able to get much past 1.90 but even that much makes a huge difference. At 1.90 mine seems perfectly stable. I've gotten it to go to 2.00 when running RMclock but if I didn't remember to manually downclock before shutting down it would freeze as soon as windows shut down RMclock. I also had a few other random issues so it just wasn't worth it for me to push it that far.
Like U.N.inspector I don't overclock unless I really need the extra power.
