Topic: Frames to Render Ahead advice?

Have seen some here and there information on the nvidia control panel setting for frames to render ahead.  Ive experimented with switching it to 0, 1, and 3 (default) but have come to no real conclusion or understanding on what is best.  anyone have some advice on whats best for the n10JH?

Greater values = better performance, but input lag.

But... I think n10 doesn't have enouth cpu to see the diference...

ive tested fallout 3 with 0,1,2,3,4, and 8.  never had any noticable input lag, but saw better performance on 3 or more than with 0.
