Could work, but you'd have to find a 'donor' that would fit. Most of these motherboards are designed specifically for the chassis they're sold in, so they fit nice and tight leaving enough room for cooling but not wasting any space making the chassis unnecessarily big.
And you would lose the functionality of the graphics switch (the N10 is still one of the only laptops ever made to have such a hardware switch) plus possibly some other stuff like the webcam, microphone and light sensor (the N10-motherboard has some special connector through which you can connect all three together). Also, possibly the LED-connections would cause you trouble, some of them are soldered onto the motherboard where the LED's are, so good luck finding a motherboard with those exact soldering points at that exact location.
So, yes, it's possible. But so is shooting yourself in the head. Both are not very pleasant
