fingerprint scanner

I just recently purchased my n10 in Korea. I've been trying to get the fingerprint scanner to work. but still have no luck. I enter my windows xp password, but I keep getting the error code 0x052e

I was wondering if anyone has been having this problem with the finger print scanner?:|
